    How it works

    1. 1
      Step 1

      Personalised checklist

We set out exactly which documents your application needs, so nothing is gathered that will not be used and nothing required is left out.

    2. 2
      Step 2

      Collection

Documents are gathered, including coordination with third parties, professional scanning and certified copies where those are needed.

    3. 3
      Step 3

      Review and verification

Multi-point quality checks on authenticity, completeness, format and translations, with anything missing flagged before submission.

    4. 4
      Step 4

      Submission package

Everything is ordered into a submission package in digital and physical form, with biometric appointment booking and courier submission on the premium package.

Common document errors that cause refusals

These are preventable, and they are the ones we see most often.

    • Outdated documents

Bank statements must be dated within the last month; many applicants submit expired documents. Result: application rejection.

    • Missing translations

All non-English documents require certified translations by approved translators. Result: delays or refusal.

    • Insufficient financial evidence

Not meeting the exact 28-day rule or showing the required balance daily. Result: financial requirement failure.

    • Poor document quality

Blurry scans, cut-off information or illegible documents. Result: document rejection.

    • Missing certifications

Forgetting to get required documents certified or notarised. Result: submission delays.

    • Incorrect document ordering

Documents not organised according to Home Office requirements. Result: processing delays.

Check the dates before anything else

Bank statements dated outside the last month and financial evidence that does not hold the required balance for the full 28 days are the two most common reasons a well-prepared application still fails. Both are fixable, but only before submission.

    Why use a prepared bundle

    Right first time

A prepared bundle avoids the rejections caused by missing, expired or mis-formatted documents.

    Fast turnaround

Most document reviews are completed within 48-72 hours.

    Expert guidance

IAA-regulated advisers with years of document preparation experience.

    Quality assurance

Multi-point quality checks so that nothing is missed.

Preparation is the part of an application you have full control over. Getting the documents right does not guarantee a grant, but getting them wrong is one of the few things that reliably causes a refusal.
