It cross-references live job listings with the Home Office register of licensed sponsors so you can quickly see which employers are already authorised to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship under the Skilled Worker or Health and Care Worker routes. It is built for overseas candidates, recent graduates on the Graduate route and workers whose current sponsor licence has lapsed.

How the tool works

We ingest vacancy data from multiple UK job boards and match each employer against the daily-updated Home Office register of Worker and Temporary Worker sponsors. Every result shows the employer's licence rating (A-rated or B-rated), the sponsored route(s) they hold, and their trading location. You can filter by job title, SOC 2020 occupation code, salary band, region and route so results only show roles where sponsorship is realistically plausible.

Who it is for

Overseas professionals looking for their first UK sponsor, Graduate route holders needing to switch onto Skilled Worker before their visa expires, dependants moving onto their own work route, and UK-based workers whose employer has lost or surrendered its licence. Reading the results honestly

A sponsor licence does not oblige an employer to sponsor any particular vacancy. The role must sit at RQF 3 or above, pay at least the applicable general salary threshold and the SOC-specific going rate, and the employer must be willing to pay the Certificate of Sponsorship fee and Immigration Skills Charge. If you cannot find a sponsored role

Consider the Health and Care Worker route for eligible NHS and social care occupations, the Graduate route if you finished a UK degree in the last two years, Global Talent if you have exceptional-talent or exceptional-promise credentials, High Potential Individual if you graduated from a qualifying overseas university within the last five years, Youth Mobility Scheme if you are from a participating country in the eligible age range, or a family route if you have a qualifying UK partner, parent or child.

Are all listed employers currently hiring internationally?

All listed employers hold an active sponsor licence, but individual roles vary. The advert itself, or the recruiter, will confirm whether that specific vacancy is open to sponsored candidates.

How current is the data?

The sponsor register is refreshed against the Home Office CSV daily; vacancy feeds are updated multiple times per day. Very fresh listings may take a few hours to appear.

Can I be sponsored without a job offer?

Not on the Skilled Worker route. You need a specific job offer from a licensed sponsor and a Certificate of Sponsorship before applying. Global Talent and High Potential Individual are the main routes that do not require a job offer.
