Book a UK Immigration Consultation

Book a paid 30 or 60-minute UK immigration consultation with an IAA Level 3 adviser. Same-week Zoom or in-person appointments and a written summary of advice.

Wesbridge Associates is an IAA-regulated UK immigration law firm. Our advisers support individuals, families and UK sponsors with skilled worker visas, sponsor licences, family routes, settlement (ILR), British citizenship, appeals and compliance — combining experienced legal advice with AI-powered self-service tools.

A Wesbridge Associates consultation is a private, one-to-one session with an Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) regulated adviser. It is the fastest way to get properly regulated advice on your UK visa, sponsor licence, settlement or appeal matter. Every consultation is protected by professional confidentiality and comes with a written follow-up summarising the advice given, next steps and any fixed-fee quote for onward work.

What to expect

Consultations run for 30 or 60 minutes by video call, phone or in person at our London office. Your adviser will review the information you sent in advance, work through your facts against the current Immigration Rules, identify the strongest route (or the reason for a refusal), flag risks and evidence gaps, and give you a clear recommended plan with realistic timelines and total cost including Home Office fees and the Immigration Health Surcharge.

How to prepare

Before the call, upload or email: your current passport bio page, any previous UK visas or BRP/eVisa details, refusal or curtailment letters if applicable, your job offer or Certificate of Sponsorship if you have one, evidence of your relationship for family routes, and a short chronology of your UK entries and exits. The more we have in advance, the more time we spend on advice rather than fact-finding.

What is covered

Skilled Worker and Health and Care Worker eligibility and switching, sponsor licence applications and compliance, spouse, partner, fiancé, parent and child routes, settlement (Indefinite Leave to Remain), British citizenship and naturalisation, Student and Graduate route strategy, Global Talent and Innovator Founder endorsements, EU Settlement Scheme, visitor visas, refusals, administrative review, First-tier Tribunal appeals and judicial review pre-action work.

After the consultation

You receive a written summary within two working days setting out the advice, the recommended route and a fixed-fee quote if you would like us to run the application or appeal. There is no obligation to continue — many clients use the consultation to self-file with confidence. If you do instruct us, the consultation fee is credited against the fixed fee for the onward matter in most cases.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a consultation cost?

Fixed fees are shown on the booking page and depend on the length and complexity of the matter. Payment is taken at the time of booking to secure the slot.

How soon can I be seen?

Same-week appointments are usually available, with urgent slots for time-critical matters such as imminent visa expiry, detention or short appeal deadlines. If nothing suitable appears in the calendar, email us and we will find a slot.

Do you offer free consultations?

No. Free 'consultations' are usually a sales call. To give regulated, recorded, professional advice we need to spend time on your file, which is what the fixed fee covers. Our free calculators and eligibility checkers can help you plan before booking.

Can I bring my partner, employer or family member?

Yes. For family or sponsor matters it is often helpful to have the sponsoring partner or HR contact on the call. Let us know in advance so the adviser can plan the session.

Is the advice confidential?

Yes. All consultations are covered by professional confidentiality under the IAA Code of Conduct and UK data protection law. Notes are held securely and are not shared outside the firm without your consent.
